RAPID CITY, S.D. – November 8, 2021 – Traffic is on the new alignment from Highway 385 to North Beach Road. The striping and permanent signing will be installed this week, pending weather, from North Beach Road to the western most Spring Creek Bridge.
Reminder: No through traffic on Sheridan Lake Road from Taylor Ranch Road to Highway 385. This portion of the project will re-open on approximately November 19th .
Final clean-up, topsoil, and seeding will take place from Norseman Lane to Rockwood Road in the coming weeks.
The speed limit is 35 mph from Norseman Lane to Rockwood Road. Thru traffic from Rapid City to Highway 385 must use an alternate route.
