Description
The primary purpose of this reconstruction project is to improve safety for the traveling public and improve the operational efficiency of Sheridan Lake Road.
The project includes grading, asphalt, curb and gutter, grading for sidewalk and storm sewer.Increase lane widths and added shoulders. The urban section will have three 12-foot lanes with curb and gutter and grading for sidewalk on the south side of the roadway from Spring Canyon Trail to Albertta Drive. The rural sections of the project will be primarily two 12-foot lanes with four foot shoulders, some short sections may require curb and gutter due to steep back slopes. Horizontal and vertical curves will meet 50 mph design speeds where feasible.
